  • Electronic Ignition for a Zundapp 80, 125 & 175CC
  • Also fits on Sachs 50S
  • Kokusan Evolution Version 2 Plus
  • Newest model EVO 2 Plus
  • 12 Volt

    Including;
  • Stator / Base plate
  • Flywheel
  • Voltage regulator
  • Coil / CDI-Unit
  • Wiring harness

  • Note, not for Zundapp 50CC

  • For 24,000 RPM, note here you may need a pulse reducer.
  • For 36,000 RPM

  • Mounting tips:
    - The black wire of the CDI Unit must make a ground/mass connection with the engine block. This can be done directly (preferably) or indirectly via the frame.
    - With Zundapp, among others, the engine doesn't have a ground/mass connection with the frame, because it's mounted in rubbers. Therefore add an additional ground wire between the block and the frame.
    - With ground/mass connections to the frame, the mounting point must always be made bare/blank.

  • Note: In exceptional cases, the flywheel may touch the 3 bolts of ignition. This is usually due to the fact that after revision of the crankshaft, the crankshaft is no longer built in the original condition or is built out off centre. Remove the rings under the bolts or install a shorter bolt.

    Additional Warranty Information
  • Normally there is no warranty on electronic parts.
  • In the unlikely event that this product does not work, it can only be returned with the following conditions:
  • Still new, never worked. If it has worked for a number of weeks, there is no guarantee.
  • In original packaging, complete as delivered.
  • With the original cables.
  • Ignitions with cut / added / soldered cables are not accepted

    Why these warranty rules?
  • We and a number of regular customers test a lot of these ignitions. "Out of the Box" they all work.
  • It often goes wrong with the mass, wrong connection.
  • Check whether the spark plug sparks, if the spark plug makes no mass, ignition coil is immediately broken and so on.
