Good maintenance of your Vespa Ciao is of course important to keep the moped moving. Now most Vespa fans will do regular maintenance, but a part that is sometimes skipped is the front fork. Nevertheless, maintenance of the front fork is also crucial for your classic moped.

Maintenance of the front fork

The front fork of your Vespa Ciao ensures a comfortable ride, and good damping is necessary. This should not be too hard and certainly not too soft. The damping of the front fork is also of great importance for the stability of the entire moped. In addition, a front fork must be straight. Continuing with a bend, or otherwise damaged, front fork is dangerous!
